Spaghetti

- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan over median heat
- Season beef with salt and pepper
- Cook beef until no longer pink
- Place beef on a plate lined with paper towels and set aside, reserve 1 tbsp of oil
- Sprinkle onion with salt and sautee
- Add garlic when onion is translucent
- Add basil and oregano
- Sautee onion, garlic and herbs for 2 minutes
- Move onion mix to one side of the pan and put tomato paste in other side, stirring tomato paste constantly for 1 min
- Add beef and mix everything together
- Add 2 cups water
- Add tomatoes
- Add sugar
- Turn heat to medium low and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add pasta water
- Add butter
- Enjoy!
