Trick or Treat! Orbit Value Packs Make Choosing Flavors Easy

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Dollar General for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Halloween is still over a month away, but we’ve already purchased our three-year-old’s costume. For the first time, she chose her own costume and she had her heart set on being a witch. Besides the joy of seeing her in her all dressed and having fun going door-to-door, my second favorite part about Halloween is raiding her Halloween candy. (I’m pretty sure it’s my husband’s number one favorite part!)

Since she’s still too young to enjoy gum, that usually means hubby and I have free reign over that category of treats. The peanut butter cups, unfortunately, are all hers. That’s okay though, because I’ve always been a fan of chewing gum. When I was a kid, I liked all sorts of flavors, but now that I’m an adult, I prefer grown-up options like Orbit®.

You may remember Orbit® from their commercials, which remind you that their gum is great “For That Just Brushed Clean Feeling™.” That’s good, because that “just brushed clean feeling” comes in handy more often than you might think.

The only challenge I have when buying gum is deciding between peppermint (my favorite) or spearmint (my husband’s favorite). Thankfully, Orbit® has recently made that decision a lot easier by combining those two flavors in their new NEW Orbit Value Pack at Dollar General. (If you’re not already a Dollar General shopper, you’re missing out. You can’t beat Dollar General’s prices on the Orbit® Value Pack and many other items!)

The Value Pack includes two seven-piece packages of Orbit® gum: One pack of peppermint for me and one pack of spearmint for my husband. In other words, we both get what we want, which makes both of our mouths very happy – and clean!

  1. My ten year old can’t have dairy, so all the chocolate is mine! Mwahahahahahaha!

  2. I love Orbit gum! And that is a really good idea for Halloween. Thanks!

  3. I LOVE Orbit gum. I keep a couple of packs on hand, because I have a niece (out of the 20+ nieces and nephews) who absolutely loves gum and knows that I always carry it just for her. I figure if I’m gonna carry it, it should be something I like as well. Now when it comes to Halloween candy hauls, I’m squared away, because my kids don’t really like candy all that much. I KNOWWWWWW! I’m not sure where they come from….lol

  4. What a neat idea for trick or treaters. I know my daughter would love it.

Looks like I’ll have to make a trip to Dollar General to look for these then since I’m the only Spearmint lover in the house. That way I won’t have to buy extra gum.
