I hate dieting. Hate it, hate it, hate it. That’s why, for my New Year’s resolution, I decided to ditch the diet and opt instead for something a little more subtle: A balanced lifestyle.

But even a modest “watch what you eat” lifestyle can be challenging at times. Thankfully, the folks at Nestlé have reached out to me to let me know about a few ways to keep good food on my daily menu while still cutting corners without cutting taste. In other words, I’m happy!

The Nestlé lineup includes all sorts of products, but the ones I’m most excited about are the LEAN CUISINE meals, CoffeeMate creamer (Sugar Free French Vanilla!), and their Skinny Cow Divine Candy (it truly is divine). After one trip to Walmart, I had all three!

Here’s what I like about LEAN CUISINE – not only are they a great part of a healthier lifestyle, they’re also super easy to prepare and, of course, super tasty too. (Also, did you know LEAN CUISINE offers a money back guarantee? It’s true!)

They’ve also got you covered from sunrise through dessert. LEAN CUISINE Morning Collection and CoffeeMate Sugar Free creamers. Below is a LEAN CUISINE Turkey Sausage English Muffin with some coffee flavored with CoffeeMate Sugar Free French Vanilla creamer.

The LEAN CUISINE Simple Favorites Macaroni and Cheese makes a great lunch! Wait, macaroni and cheese can be part of a smarter diet? Yes, it can!

LEAN CUISINE also has lots of Asian inspired options, including the Sesame Chicken seen here. (Yes, it tastes as good as it looks!) It’s a lot better for you than Chinese takeout and a lot more affordable, too!

Yes, LEAN CUISINE even has a line of Wrap Additions, which include all the delicious fixings you need for you to add to your favorite tortilla or flatbread. I got the Creamy Balsamic Chicken Wrap Additions and had the best guilt-free dinner I’ve had in a long time!

So what if you want a snack while you’re trying to look a few pounds but you don’t feel like eating a rice cake? LEAN CUISINE Stuffed Pretzels are a great option. I grabbed the Three Cheese & Spinach Stuffed Pretzels, which are filled with spinach and gooey cheese in a delicious pretzel dough.

So far, we’ve covered lunch, dinner and snacks. All that’s left is dessert! Nestlé has you covered there, too, with its Skinny Cow Divine Candy. You might know the Skinny Cow brand from their line of ice cream treats (dee-lish!), but they also make candy! The lineup includes Heavenly Crisp, Dreamy Clusters (only 120 for 4 pieces) and Divine filled chocolates (only 130 calories for 3 pieces).
