Bacon Ranch Jalapeño Poppers

      - 8 Jalapeños
  - 4 oz cream cheese
  - ½ cup shredded cheddar
  - 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  - 3 pieces of bacon, crumbled
  - 1 pckg Parmesan crusted Shake 'n Bake
  - ¼ tsp paprika
  - ¼ tsp salt
  - ¼ tsp garlic powder
  - --
  - Southwestern Dipping Sauce
  - ½ cup mayonnaise
  - 2 tsp ketchup
  - 2 tbsp creamy horseradish dressing
  - ¼ tsp paprika
  - ¼ tsp salt
  - pinch of pepper
  - pinch of cayenne
  
      - Preheat oven to 350
  - Slice jalapeños in half, lengthwise
  - Remove seeds and membranes (wear gloves if you have sensitive skin)
  - Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
  - Place jalapeños cut side up on tray and bake for 10-15 minutes
  - Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing, bacon, paprika and salt
  - Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture
  - Gently press the open side in the Shake 'n Bake to coat the cheese mixture
  - Place jalapeño poppers on a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes. During the last few minutes, turn the oven to broil to brown the topping

  - Mix all ingredients until well combined
