Southwestern Skillet Rice

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 10.75 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 14.5 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes (drained and cut up)
- 1 15 ounce can kidney beans
- 1 pouch of Success white rice (or 2 pouches if you’re extra hungry!)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips
- Brown beef in a medium to large skillet.
- Drain any fat and add chili powder.
- Stir in soup, tomatoes and beans and simmer.
- While mixture is simmering, cook rice.
- When rice is cooked, add to beef mixture and stir to combine ingredients.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve with tortilla chips on the side for dipping or crush up tortilla chips and sprinkle on top.
